Can I return my item(s)? 

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer 30-day returns for all customers, please note that a return shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Can I make an exchange?

We offer a 30-day exchange on all eligible items. Please have your order confirmation email or order number. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed above.

Artisian Denim co:
We offer warranty to all of our products, this means 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll replace your item if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jeans occurs.
